Ihre Aufgaben:

The Executive Development and Professional Assessment team is responsible for the creation, execution and coordination of all kinds of assessment tools, processes and strategies in 22 countries in whole Europe. That includes the design of assessment tools, diagnostic processes and training of assessors. In addition all leadership development activities are created and implemented. The team deals with activities regarding Performance Management (e.g. strategic design and implementation of a new performance management system). Furthermore the Executive Development fosters activities in personnel development for UniCredit leaders and talents. Finally all diagnostic products, processes and guidelines are developed. Your Tasks: - Contribution to international HR projects of UniCredit Group concerning Professional Assessment and Development activities regarding the Leadership Team and Talents - External research and identification of best practice - Develop workshops and trainings - Design assessment tools - Work with senior team heads on various projects - Processes by using internal HR applications and office automation tools

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Your Profile: - Student of business, psychology or social science with a strong HR focus - proficient in English (Italian is nice to have but not mandatory) - excellent MS office skills - ability to work independently and on a conceptual basis - creative, innovative, communicative personality, having the capacity for teamwork
