Ihre Aufgaben:

Primary Responsibilities • Support recruitment process including job advertisements, candidate search, pre-selection and interview coordination • Assist in the hiring and on-boarding process • Support in daily HR activities and administrative tasks • Take part in HR projects especially university relations and marketing

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Required skills and experience • Student or recent graduate in human resources, economics, social science or related fields • Good communication as well as organizational and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently, precise and in a proactive way • Firm MS office skills as well as strong interest in internet and social networks • Very good written and verbal languages skills in German and English
