Your tasks will be varied and may include:

• Assisting with student registrations and administrative documentation.
• Supporting international students before and during their stay.
• Managing emails and telephone enquiries.
• Updating student records and databases.
• Preparing documents, certificates and invoices.
• Assisting with accommodation and airport transfer arrangements.
• Supporting the organisation of cultural activities and events.
• Collaborating with different departments on a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• The internship is unpaid and must be carried out under an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
• Minimum B1 level of Spanish.
• Good level of English (minimum B2 preferred).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

• A friendly and international working environment.
• Hands-on experience in the administration of a Spanish language school.
• Guidance and support from experienced staff throughout the internship.
• Free Spanish classes during your internship (subject to availability).
